Fishing: This stretch of the Zambezi river
is renowned for its quantity and diversity of fish species.
Famous for its Tiger Fish, the area also has other species such
as Red, White or Black Bream, Bottlenose, Cornish Jack, Pink
Lady, Chesser or Barbell. (Note: Boat and fishing tackle included
in packages)
- Birding: A Birders Paradise - where hundreds of species of birds can be observed in their natural environment.
- Nature walks: 3000 plus hectares of private
nature reserve and 5 kms of the Zambezi River frontage to be explored,
where animals such as antilope, crocodiles and hippos can be spotted.

- Boat cruises: Explore the river by motorboat and experience a Zambezi sunset from the water.
- Village visits: Having lived on the banks of
the river for thousands of years, the Tonga people have a facinating
culture. You will have the opportunity to visit a traditional
Tonga village and interact with the local people.
- Blissful relaxation: Take a plunge in our swimming
